How XSpam Works

Unlike other Spam solutions that require software to filter e-mail on your desktop, server or gateway, XSpam’s solution is positioned between the Internet and your company’s network. All incoming e-mail is routed through our partner’s secure data centers and scanned by a sophisticated heuristic-rules engine.  This engine, in turn, analyzes every part of an e-mail message — from the IP address of the sender to the message content, including language/lexicon and information presented in text, HTML, graphics and images.

Our unique process is executed in a highly secure, automated environment which prevents anyone from viewing your valid e-mail.  An additional secure feature:  email is not stored to disk.  XSpam provides e-mail administrators the access to review quarantined e-mail and monitor traffic.
